Rzeczowy zakres projektu obejmuje termomodernizację wielorodzinnego budynku mieszkalnego przy ul. Reja 18A. Zaplanowano następujące prace: - Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - Modernizacja obróbek blacharskich, - Wymiana stolarki okiennej, - Przebudowa fasady na klatkach schodowych, - Docieplenie ściany dobudówki – przychodnia, - Modernizacja wejść do klatek schodowych, w tym wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, - Wykonanie opaski z kostki brukowej, - Roboty towarzyszące, - Remont kominów ponad dachem, - Docieplenie dachu. Inwestycja wynika z Planu gospodarki niskoemisyjnej dla Miasta Mysłowice a w wyniku jej realizacji poprawie ulegnie efektywność energetyczna budynku oraz zmniejszy się emisja zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery (CO2, PM10). Rzeczowa realizacja projektu została zaplanowana na okres IV – XII 2018 r (Polish)

The material scope of the project includes the thermal modernisation of a multi-family residential building at ul. It’s Reja 18A. The following work is planned: — Warming of external walls, – Modernisation of sheet metalworking, – Replacement of window joinery, – Reconstruction of facade on staircases, – Warming of the wall for the extension – clinic, – Modernisation of entrances to staircases, including replacement of external doors, – Making of a paving block, – accompanying work, – Repair of chimneys over the roof, – Warming of the roof. The investment results from the Low Carbon Economy Plan for the City of Mysłowice and its implementation will improve the energy efficiency of the building and reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere (CO2, PM10). The actual implementation of the project was planned for the period IV to XII 2018 (English)
