Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego, będącego własnością Miasta Ruda Śląska. W ramach projektu nastąpi poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynku uzyskana poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych w wyniku wykonania termomodernizacji polegającej na ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych, ociepleniu stropu poddasza, ociepleniu ścian piwnic oraz wykonaniu izolacji przeciwwilgociowej budynku. The subject of the project is a comprehensive thermal modernisation of a multi-family residential building owned by the City of Ruda Śląska. The project will improve the energy efficiency of the building achieved by improving insulation of building partitions as a result of thermal modernisation consisting of insulation of external walls, warming of the floor of the attic, warming of the cellar walls and the construction of moisture insulation of the building.
