Projekt zakłada KOMPLEKSOWE WSPOMAGANIE OWP,skierowany jest do 6 OWP,w tym 445 przedszkolaków,19nauczycieli(n-li).Wsparciem objęte będą publiczne przedszkola, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Gmina Nowa Wieś Lęborska(G.NWL);będą to:przedszkole w Nowej Wsi Lęborskiej(NWL)wraz z filią w Lubowidzu i OWP funkcjonujące przy Zespołach Szkół/Szkołach Podstaw.(ZS)w: NWL,Garczegorzu,Łebieniu,Redkowicach,Leśnicach. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej i wzrost jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w G.NWL.Wsparcie oparte na wszechstronnej diagnozie skierowane będzie do osób,które bez udziału w projekcie mają najmniejszą szansę na rozwiązanie dotykających je problemów,ponieważ pochodzą z obszarów wiejskich i mają ogranicz.dostęp do wysokiej jakości edukac.przedszk. CELE SZCZEG.: -zwiększenie ilości oddziałów(o 1)oraz miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego(o 18),w tym doposaż.bazy przedszk. -doskonalenie kompet.zawodowych 19n-li w zakr.pracy z dziećmi ze SPE i przygot.do kształc.kompet.kluczowych niezb.na rynku pracy,nabycie przez 90% z nich KWALIFIKACJI / KOMPETENCJI; -zwiększenie kompet.kluczowych min.315 przedszkolaków; -zmniejsz.defic.rozwojowych u min.156 przedszkolaków. DZIAŁANIA: -Upowszechnianie eduk.przedszk.:dostosowanie i wyposaż.pomieszczeń w Przedszkolu w NWL(dot.nowo utworzonych miejsc wychow.przedszk.),funkcjonowanie nowych miejsc przedszk.przez 12m-cy; -Podnoszenie jakości eduk.przedsz. --zajęcia dla dzieci rozwijające kompet.kluczowe: j.angielski,zaj.rozwij.kompet.matem.i przyrodnicze np."wesołe laboratoria",zaj.taneczne,robotyka itp. --zaj.wspomagające rozwój i edukację dzieci-wyrównujące szanse edukacyjne w zakresie stwierdzonych deficytów(logopedyczne,gimnast.korekc.,integracja sensoryczna...); --doskonalenie zawodowe n-li:studia podyplomowe,szkolenia:np.z obsł.tabl.multimed... Działania te wpłyną na poprawienie jakości edukac.przedszk.w G.NWL.Wnioski z diagnozy umieszcz.pod szczeg.budż.w uzasad.kosztów.i w opisie grupy docel.(D1). (Polish)

The project assumes COMPLEKSOWE support of the PLO, is addressed to 6 PLO, including 445 kindergartens, 19 teachers(n-li).The support will be given to public kindergartens, for which the governing body is the Municipality of Nowa Wieś Lęborska(G.NWL); it will be: kindergarten in Nowa Wieś Łęborska (NWL) along with the subsidiary in Lubowidz. NWL,Garcz,Łebienie,Redkowice,Leśnice. The aim of the project is to increase access to preschool education and to increase the quality of pre-school education in G.NWL.The support based on a comprehensive diagnosis will be addressed to those who have the least chance of solving the problems they face, because they come from rural areas and have limited access to high-quality education. OBJECTIVES IN DETAIL: —increasing the number of branches (about 1) and places of pre-school education (about 18), including equipment. —professional competencies in the field of work with children from the SPE and preparing to educate key elements in the labour market,acquisition by 90 % of them AVALIFIKATION/COMMETENCE; —increase the competence of key min.315 preschoolers; —decrease.development in min.156 kindergarteners. ACTIONS: —Distribution of educ. pre-school: adaptation and equipping of rooms in kindergarten in NWL (for new places of upbringing), the operation of new preschool sites by 12 m; —Improving the quality of education. — activities for children developing competence. key: j.angelski,i.e.develop.compet.matem.and natural science e.g. “Merry laboratories”, i.e. dance, robotics, etc. —supporting the development and education of children-equalising educational opportunities in terms of identified deficits(logopedic,gymnast.correc.,sensory integration...); —professional improvement n-li: postgraduate studies, trainings:e.g. from cl.tabl.multimed... These actions will improve the quality of education.precedents in G.NWL.Conclusions from the diagnosis place.in particular budget in principle.costs and in the description of the target group(D1).
