Celem projektu jest wykorzystanie energii promieniowania słonecznego do produkcji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby zakładu produkcyjnego w Rożniatowie w Gminie Zarzecze. W tym celu na dachach istniejących hal produkcyjnych zostanie zamontowana instalacja paneli fotowoltaicznych o mocy zainstalowanej całkowitej elektrycznej 199,80 kW. Instalacja składać się będzie z 740 szt. paneli o mocy 270 W. Panele zamontowane zostaną do dachu za pomocą specjalnych prefabrykowanych elementów konstrukcyjnych. Panele zostaną podłączone do falowników. Wykonana zostanie instalacja stałoprądowa DC przed falownikami oraz instalacja zmiennoprądowa AC za falownikami. Instalacja zostanie zabezpieczona ochroną odgromową, przeciwporażeniową i przeciwprzepięciową. Instalacja PV podłączona zostanie do sieci niskiego napięcia w rozdzielni głównej abonenckiej stacji transformatorowej, gdzie zainstalowany zostanie pośredni układ rozliczeniowo-pomiarowy. Instalacja produkować będzie energię elektryczną w ilości 199,80 MWh rocznie co pozwoli na ograniczenie poboru energii z sieci elektroenergetycznej w ilości produkowanej energii i tym samym przyczyni się do redukcji emisji CO2 do atmosfery w ilości 164,83 ton rocznie. The aim of the project is to use solar radiation to produce electricity for the production plant in Rożniatowo in Zarzecze Municipality. For this purpose, the installation of photovoltaic panels with a total electrical capacity of 199,80 kW will be installed on the roofs of existing production halls. The installation will consist of 740 panels with a capacity of 270 W. The panels will be mounted to the roof using special prefabricated structural elements. The panels will be connected to inverters. DC constant current installation will be performed in front of inverters and AC alternating current installation behind inverters. The installation will be protected by lightning, shock and overvoltage protection. The PV installation will be connected to the low voltage grid in the main switchboard of the subscriber transformer station, where an intermediate billing and measurement system will be installed. The installation will produce electricity at 199.80 MWh per annum, which will reduce energy consumption from the electricity grid in the amount of energy produced and thereby reduce CO2 emissions to the atmosphere in the amount of 164.83 tonnes per year.
