Potrzeba realizacja niniejszego projektu wynika z potrzeb i problemów, z jakimi boryka się społeczność lokalna powiatu leżajskiego oraz Miasta Leżajsk, gdzie będzie realizowany niniejszy projekt. Głównymi problemami, które niniejszy projekt stara się rozwiązać, są: 1. Niedostateczna ilość miejsc w placówce dziennego pobytu – Warsztatach Terapii Zajęciowej w Leżajsku 2. Brak dostosowania obiektów terapii zajęciowej do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (ruchowo, umysłowo) 3. Niedostateczne wyposażenie placówek terapii zajęciowej 4. Brak dostosowania obiektów przeznaczonych na noclegownię dla osób bezdomnych do całodobowego pobytu osób. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności osób niepełnosprawnych do infrastruktury pomocy społecznej służącej terapii zajęciowej oraz poprawa dostępności osób bezdomnych do miejsc noclegowych poprzez rozbudowę i nadbudowę istniejącego obiektu.. Cel ten zostanie zrealizowany poprzez następujący zakres rzeczowy projektu: - 1. Rozbudowę, nadbudowę i przebudowę obiektu na cele Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej - na parterze znajdują się pomieszczenia kuchni, jadalnię, świetlicę, pokoje warsztatów terapii, pomieszczenie administracyjne, pokoje na noclegownię dla osób bezdomnych, na piętrze znajdują się pokoje dla terapii zajęciowej. W obiekcie zamontowano udogodnienia dla osób niepełnosprawnych – winda, pochylnie, platforma, sanitariaty dla niepełnosprawnych. 2. Wykonanie instalacji sanitarnych i elektrycznych, w tym montaż urządzeń pro-ekologicznych (kolektory słoneczne) 3. Dostawa i montaż wyposażenia oraz sprzętu 4. Zagospodarowanie terenu. W wyniku projektu powierzchnia użytkowa obiektu wyniesie 726,1 m2. Rezultatem projektu będzie Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami korzystających z obiektów objętych wsparciem projektu – 50 osób oraz Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym korzystająca z usług świadczonych w obiektach objętych wsparciem – 80 osób. The need to implement this project stems from the needs and problems faced by the local community of the Leżajsk County and the City of Leżajsk, where this project will be implemented. The main problems this project seeks to address are: 1. Insufficient number of places in the facility for daily stay – Workshops of Occupational Therapy in Leżajsko 2. Lack of adaptation of occupational therapy facilities to the needs of people with disabilities (motorically, mentally) 3. Insufficient equipment for occupational therapy facilities 4. There is no adaptation of accommodation facilities for homeless people to the -hour stay of the people. The main objective of the project is to improve accessibility of people with disabilities to social assistance infrastructure for occupational therapy and to improve the availability of homeless people to accommodation by expanding and superstructured the existing facility. This objective will be achieved through the following material scope of the project: — 1. The extension, superstructure and reconstruction of the facility for the purpose of the Occupational Therapy Workshop – on the ground floor there are kitchen rooms, dining room, common room, treatment workshops rooms, administrative room, rooms for accommodation for the homeless, on the floor there are rooms for occupational therapy. The facility is equipped with facilities for disabled people – elevator, slipways, platform, sanitary facilities for the disabled. 2. Construction of sanitary and electrical installations, including installation of pro-ecological devices (solar collectors) 3. Delivery and installation of equipment and equipment 4. It’s a land development. As a result of the project, the usable area of the facility will be 726.1 m². The project will result in the number of people with disabilities benefiting from the projects supported by the project – 50 people and the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion benefiting from services provided in supported facilities – 80 people.
