Celem projektu jest aktywne włączenie 60osób (36kobiet[K]/24mężczyzn[M])zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez dostosowaną i zdiagnozowaną w kontekście potrzeb uczestników projektu [UP] i rynku pracy ścieżkę wsparcia w okresie od 01.08.2016 do 30.11.2017. Projekt skierowany jest w pierwszej kolejności do osób lub rodzin doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego oraz osób korzystających z Programu Operacyjnego Pomoc Żywnościowa, w tym w szczególności do kobiet (60%UP-36os) i osób o umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności (21%UP-13os). 100%grupy docelowej będą stanowili mieszkańcy powiatów z woj.małopolskiego, w których zagrożenie skumulowanymi problemami społecznymi tj. ubóstwo jest największe (powiaty: dąbrowski, brzeski, tarnowski, m.Tarnów). Pomoc w identyfikacji umiejętności, postaw i specyficznych cech UP mających wpływ na spełnienie zawodowe, a także zorientowanie się w aktualnej sytuacji rynkowej znacznie ułatwi doradztwo zawodowe połączone z Identyfikacją indywidualnych potrzeb oraz potencjałów uczestnika. Wsparcie indywidualnym poradnictwem psychologicznym, a także grupowe treningi kompetencji i umiejętności podniosą wiarę w siebie i swoje możliwości, zmotywują do działania, jak również zwiększą umiejętności komunikacyjne UP, zwiększą pewność siebie oraz umiejętność pracy w grupie. Zdobycie nowych lub uaktualnienie kwalifikacji zapewnią indywidualnie dobrane szkolenia zawodowe, po których min 60%UP potwierdzi swoje kwalifikacje poprzez pozytywne zdanie egzaminu zewnętrznego i otrzymanie certyfikatu, a także staż zawodowy który będzie kontynuowany poprzez zatrudnienie UP na min. 3 m-ce. Tak kompleksowa ścieżka wsparcia oraz pośrednictwo pracy znacznie ułatwią odnalezienie się na rynku pracy, kontakt z pracodawcami i zapewnią zatrudnienie min.22%UP, zaś przynajmniej 56%UP dokona postępu w procesie aktywizacji społeczno-zatrudnieniowej i zmniejszenia dystansu do zatrudnienia. The objective of the project is to actively involve 60 people (36 women[K]/24 men[M]) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, through a tailored and diagnosed path of support in the context of the needs of project participants [UP] and the labour market between 01.08.2016 and 30.11.2017. The project is primarily addressed to persons or families experiencing multiple social exclusion and those benefiting from the Food Aid Operational Programme, in particular women (60 %UP-36os) and moderately disabled (21 %UP-13os). 100 % of the target group will be residents of the Małopolskie Voivodeship, where the threat of cumulative social problems, i.e. poverty is the greatest (poverty: Dąbrowski, Brest, Tarnów, Tarnów). Helping to identify the skills, attitudes and specific characteristics of the UP affecting professional fulfilment and understanding the current market situation will greatly facilitate professional advice combined with the identification of individual needs and potentials of the participant. Support with individual psychological guidance, as well as group trainings of competences and skills will increase confidence in themselves and their capabilities, motivate them to act as well as increase the communication skills of UP, increase self-confidence and the ability to work in the group. Gaining new or updating qualifications will ensure individual vocational training, after which at least 60 % of the PUP will confirm their qualifications by passing the external exam and obtaining a certificate, as well as the professional internship which will be continued by employing UP at least 3 m. Such a comprehensive support path and job intermediation will make it much easier to find on the labour market, contact with employers and ensure employment of at least 22 % of the PUP, while at least 56 % of theUP will make progress in the process of socio-employment activation and reduce the distance to employment.
