Niniejszy projekt umożliwi Wnioskodawcy zwiększenie dostępności oraz podwyższenie jakości świadczeń medycznych oferowanych w ramach AOS na terenie woj.opolskiego. Aby było to możliwe podjęto decyzję dotyczącą inwestycji w nowoczesną aparaturę medyczną o określonych parametrach. Grupą docelową podejmowanych działań stanowić będą pacjenci w wieku 60+, zarówno dotychczasowi, jak i potencjalni (przy jednoczesnym założeniu, iż większy zakres działań oraz efektywność świadczeń medycznych skutkować mogą poszerzeniem zasięgu o nowych zainteresowanych). Montaż nowoczesnego sprzętu medycznego zapewni wyższy niż obecnie poziom obsługi pacjentów oraz zwiększy ich komfort (w trakcie badań,dzięki wysokiej efektywności i funkcjonalności nowych urządzeń). Zaplanowane w projekcie działania obejmują nabycie specjalistycznej aparatury medycznej (EEG, EMG), dotychczas niedostępne w mieście, a otrzymane wsparcie ukierunkowane jest na problemy zdrowotne osób starszych określone w zał.do rozporządzenia Min.Zdrowia w sprawie świadczeń gwarantowanych z zakresu AOS jakie w ramach poradni neurologicznej zakontraktowane z NFZ ma Wnioskodawca, będące jednym z głównych problemów lokalnej społeczności. Realizacja zaplanowanych działań będzie miała miejsce w siedzibie Wnioskodawcy, przy ul. Piłsudskiego 47 w Nysie w okresie od 01.11.2018r. do 31.01.2019r. Efektem projektu będzie m.in. ulepszenie usług zdrowotnych dostępnych na regionalnym rynki poprzez zwiększenie dostępności oraz jakości oferowanych świadczeń medycznych. Produktami powstałymi w wyniku realizacji będzie poniesienie nakładów finansowych (292 517,00 PLN) przez 1 z podmiotów leczniczych świadczących usługi zdrowotne z zakresu AOS, znajdujących się na terenie województwa opolskiego (przy wsparciu dotacyjnym wynoszącym 85%), mające na celu objęcie ulepszonymi usługami zdrowotnymi jak najszerszą grupę odbiorców (12600os.). This project will enable the Applicant to increase the availability and quality of medical services offered under the AOS in the Polish Voivodeship. In order for this to be possible, a decision was made concerning investment in modern medical equipment with specific parameters. The target group of the actions will be patients aged 60+, both existing and potential (at the same time assuming that a greater range of activities and the effectiveness of medical services may result in broadening coverage to new stakeholders). The installation of modern medical equipment will ensure a higher level of patient service than currently and will increase their comfort (in the course of the tests, thanks to the high efficiency and functionality of new devices). The activities planned in the project include the acquisition of specialised medical equipment (EEG, EMG), not yet available in the city, and the support received is aimed at the health problems of the elderly as defined in the Annex to the Regulation Min.Health on guaranteed services in the field of AOS, which in the context of neurological clinic contracted with the NFZ, the Applicant, which is one of the main problems of the local community. The implementation of the planned activities will take place at the Applicant’s seat at ul. Piłsudski 47 in Nysa in the period from 01.11.2018 to 31.01.2019 The project will, among other things, improve health services available on regional markets by increasing the availability and quality of health services offered. Products resulting from the implementation will be incurred financial outlays (PLN 292 517.00) by 1 medical entities providing health services in the scope of AOS, located in the Opole Voivodeship (with grant support of 85 %), aimed at covering the widest possible group of recipients (12600 people) with improved health services.
