Projekt realizowany jest przez Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Sułkowicach i ma na celu: Wzrost kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych u mieszkańcówgminy Sułkowice zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznych oraz ich otoczenia poprzez udział w projekcie Druga szansa dla 33 osób wlatach 20192022. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Sułkowice.Grupa docelowa: 7 osób bezrobotnych, 22 osoby bierne zawodowo, 4 osób zatrudnionych, 14 osób niepełnosprawnych niezależnie od statusu,będą to osoby zarówno bezrobotne, bierne zawodowo i zatrudnione.W ramach projektu przewiduje się w zależności od indywidualnej identyfikacja potrzeb i potencjałów UP szeroką gamę wsparcia, może to byćkompleksowa aktywizacja społeczno zawodowa lub tylko społeczna m.in.: praca socjalna, wsparcie psychologa, doradcy zawodowego, psychiatry, specjalisty ds. uzależnień, staże, kurs obsługi komputera. Wsparcie aktywizacji zawodowej będzie prowadzone przez Klub Integracji Społecznej, który znajduje się w strukturach OPS. (Polish)

The project is implemented by the Social Welfare Centre in Sułkowice and aims at: Increase social and occupational competences in the Sułkowice community at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their surroundings through participation in the second chance for 33 people in the years 20192022. The project will be implemented in the Municipality of Sułkowice. 7 unemployed people, 22 inactive persons, 4 people employed, 14 persons with disabilities regardless of their status, will be both unemployed, inactive and employed.The project provides for a wide range of support, depending on individual needs and potentials of UP, can be a comprehensive socio-occupational activation or only social: social work, psychologist support, professional advisors, psychiatrists, addiction specialists, traineeships, computer courses. Support for professional activation will be run by the Social Integration Club, which is located in the OPS structures. (English)
