Planowany do realizacji projekt rewitalizacji obszaru zdegradowanego w MiechowieCharsznicy obejmuje 8 kompleksowych zadań inwestycyjnych wskazanych na liście podstawowych projektów rewitalizacyjnych GPR:1 Lokalne centrum aktywności społeczno zawodowo kulturalnej w budynku zabytkowego dworca PKP adaptacja pomieszczeń parteru budynku na potrzeby Gminnego Ośrodka Kultury wraz z zakupem wyposażenia oraz: Świetlicy Środowiskowej, Punktu Interwencji Kryzysowej, Punktu Aktywizacji Zawodowej, Spółdzielni Socjalnej;2 Termomodernizacja budynków wielorodzinnych 8 budynków mieszkalnych należących do Gminy Charsznica oraz partnerów projektu: Wspólnot Mieszkaniowych.3 Przebudowa dróg gminnych: ul. XXlecia, ul. Osiedlowej, ul. Pomowskiej, ul. B. Skowrona, ul. Mickiewicza, ul. The planned revitalisation project of the degraded area in MiechówCharsznica comprises 8 comprehensive investment tasks identified in the list of basic revitalisation projects of the GPR:1 Local socio-cultural activity centre in the building of the historic PKP station adaptation of the premises of the ground floor of the building for the needs of the Municipal Cultural Centre together with the purchase of equipment and: Environment Hall, Emergency Intervention Point, Vocational Activation Point, Social Cooperative;2 Thermomodernisation of multi-family buildings of 8 residential buildings belonging to the municipality of Charsznica and project partners: Housing Communities.3 Reconstruction of municipal roads: ul. Twentieth anniversary, ul. Housing estate, ul. Pomowska, ul. B. Skowrona, ul. Mickiewicza, ul. Craftsmanship in Miechów Charsznica.4 Preparation of public space in the area of revitalisation development of the centre of revitalisation area for recreational and integration purposes.5 Relaxing and recreation by the blocks of the housing co-operative in MiechówCharsznica construction of outdoor gyms, gazebos, land development.6 Improving the standard and aestheticisation of multi-family residential buildings together with the surrounding blocks at ul. B. Scorpions 1A and 1B belonging to the partner: Housing Cooperative Future.7 Thermomodernisation of public utility buildings in Miechów Charsznica of the Municipal Public Library building.8 Construction of a public kindergarten in Miechów Charsznica only the development of the space next to the building remained the scope of another project.The above scope is due to the diagnosed problems occurring in the area of revitalisation and is a response to the needs of its residents. Detailed parameters of the work are described in the activities.
