Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa gminnego przedszkola w Grabówce wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu i wyposażeniem oraz utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dla dzieci 3-4-letnich.Grupą docelową projektu będą dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym, rodzice/opiekunowie tych dzieci. Celem strategicznym jest zwiększenie zakresu równego dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej dla 120 dzieci z Gminy Supraśl na lata 2017-2020. Cele bezpośrednie to: Zwiększenie dostępności do edukacji przedszkolnej, zwłaszcza dla dzieci 3-4 letnich, na obszarze Gminy Supraśl poprzez zbudowanie nowego przedszkola w Grabówce w latach 2017 - 2018. Wskaźniki odzwierciedlające założone cele: 1.Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 2. Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury przedszkolnej; 3.Potencjał objętej wsparciem infrastruktury w zakresie opieki nad dziećmi lub infrastruktury edukacyjnej. Wskaźniki rezultatu: 1. Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa); 2. Stopień upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie Gminy Supraśl po realizacji projektu Zadania w ramach projektu: 1. Działania przygotowawcze; 2. Realizacja rzeczowa projektu 08.2017r.-08.2018r. 3. Odbiór końcowy inwestycji- 08.2018r., 4. Promocja projektu. W wyniku realizacji projektu postanie 1 obiekt: Przedszkole w Grabówce, który będzie dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Budynek jest parterowy bez barier architektonicznych z wyposażeniem toalet pod kątem osób niepełnosprawnych. Budynek będzie budowany zgodnie z koncepcją uniwersalnego projektowania.W budynku zaplanowano stworzenie 7 sal dydaktycznych. Po zakończeniu realizacji projektu planuje się zatrudnienie osób do pracy w nowym przedszkolu w Grabówce na umowy o pracę. Ponadto w wyniku realizacji projektu szacowany stopień upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie Gminy Supraśl 85,27% w 2019 r. (Polish)

The subject of the investment is the construction of a communal kindergarten in Grabówka with land development and equipment and the creation of new preschool facilities for 3-4-year-old children.The target group of the project will be children of preschool age, parents/careers of these children. The strategic objective is to increase equal access to high-quality pre-school education for 120 children from the municipality of Supraśl for the years 2017-2020. The direct objectives are to: Increase access to preschool education, especially for 3-4 year old children, in the area of Supraśl commune by building a new kindergarten in Grabówka in the years 2017-2018. Indicators reflecting the objectives pursued: 1.Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; 2. Number of preschool facilities supported; 3.Potential covered by the support of childcare infrastructure or educational infrastructure. Result indicators: 1. Increased employment in supported entities (other than companies); 2. The degree of pre-school education in Supraśl commune after implementation of the Tasks project within the project: 1. Preparatory actions; 2. Tangible implementation of the project 08.2017-08.2018r. 3. Final acceptance of the investment- 08.2018r., 4. Promotion of the project. As a result of the implementation of the project, the 1st facility will be: Kindergarten in Grabówka, which will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The building is ground floor without architectural barriers with toilet facilities for disabled persons. The building will be built in accordance with the concept of universal design.The building is planned to create 7 teaching rooms. After completion of the project, it is planned to employ people to work in a new kindergarten in Grabówka for employment contracts. In addition, as a result of the project, the rate of pre-school education in Supraśl is estimated 85.27 % in 2019. (English)
