Realizacja obejmuje następujące zadania:1. Przebudowę i rozbudowę oczyszczalni ścieków w Borku.Istniejąca oczyszczalnia ścieków zostanie przebudowana na mechaniczno biologiczną oczyszczalnię ścieków działającą w oparciu o osad czynny, typu SBR z okresowym napełnianiem i opróżnianiem reaktorów, zbiornikiem buforowym i tlenową stabilizacją osadów w wydzielonej komorze KTSO oraz odwadnianiem i higienizacją osadów wapnem palonym, z uwzględnieniem wykonania takich prac, jak: zbiornik zlewczy ścieków dowożonych 5,00x5,00x2,00 m; pompownia ścieków; zbiornik buforowy i KTSO projektowany zbiornik dwukomorowy 13,15x5,80x4,00 m; stacja sitopiaskownika i stacja odwadniania osadu na stropie zbiornika buforowego i KTSO 16,75x5,80 m; reaktor SBR istniejący wielokomorowy; budynek socjalny ze sterownią; instalacja elektryczna i automatyka wraz z szafą sterowniczą; rurociągi technologiczne; naprawa ogrodzenia; uzupełniające nasadzenie zieleni; asfaltowanie nawierzchni placu manewrowego; rozruch oczyszczalni i wyposażenieEfektem ekologicznym rozbudowy i przebudowy oczyszczalni ścieków w Borku będzie:1. Stworzenie możliwości zwiększenia ilości osób podłączonych do kanalizacji: obecnie 1750 RLM i Qśrd180 m3d po rozbudowie 2150 RLM i Qśrd260 m3d2. Zwiększenie stopnia oczyszczania ścieków ze względu na ilość RLM 2000 wskaźniki zanieczyszczeń ścieków oczyszczonych: obecnie: BZT5 40 gm3, ChZT 150 gm3, zawiesina ogólna 50 gm3, po rozbudowie: BZT5 25 gm3, ChZT 125 gm3, zawiesina ogólna 35 gm3.Powyższe oznacza, iż oczyszczalnia ta po zakończeniu realizacji projektu będzie spełniać wymagania Dyrektywy Rady 91271EWG z 21.05.1991 i Rozporządzenia Ministra Środowiska z 18.11.2014 Dz. The existing sewage treatment plant will be converted into a mechanical biological sewage treatment plant based on active sludge, SBR type with periodic filling and draining of reactors, buffer tank and oxygen sediment stabilisation in a separate KTSO chamber and draining and hygienic deposits with burning lime, including: sink tank of transported waste water 5,00x5,00x2,00 m; a sewage pumping plant; buffer tank and KTSO designed two-chamber tank 13,15x5,80x4,00 m; sitopiaskovnik station and sludge drainage station on the ceiling of the buffer tank and KTSO 16,75x5,80 m; an existing multi-chamber SBR; social building with control room; electrical installation and automation including control cabinet; technological pipelines; repair of the fence; complementary green planting; asphalt of the surface of the manoeuvring area; start-up of treatment plants and equipmentThe ecological effect of the expansion and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant in Bork will be:1. Creating the possibility of increasing the number of people connected to the sewerage system: currently 1750 RLM and Qśrd180 m3d after the extension of 2150 RLM and Qśrd260 m3d2. Increase the level of waste water treatment due to the amount of RLM 2000 indicators for purified waste water pollution: currently: BZT5 40 gm3, COD 150 gm3, general suspension 50 gm3, after expansion: BZT5 25 gm3, COD 125 gm3, general suspension 35 gm3.The above means that this treatment plant after completion of the project will meet the requirements of Council Directive 91271EEC of 21.05.1991 and the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 18.11.2014.
