LUBELSKIE KOMPETENCJE JĘZYKOWE odpowiadają na potrzeby mieszkańców woj. lubelskiego w zakresie szkoleń z języka angielskiego. Jakość szkoleń gwarantuje zarówno wieloletnie doświadczenie firmy Euro-Forum na regionalnym rynku szkoleniowym, jak też jej potencjał w zakresie projektów Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego. CELEM projektu jest wzmocnienie i dostosowanie do potrzeb lubelskiego rynku pracy kompetencji w zakresie znajomości języka angielskiego 360 uczestników/czek projektu, zamieszkałych i/lub pracujących w woj. lubelskim. KLUCZOWE REZULTATY dotyczą wzmocnienia kompetencji językowych 360 osób i potwierdzenia kwalifikacji językowych międzynarodowym egzaminem TELC na pełnym poziomie A lub B zgodnie z Europejskim Systemem Kształcenia Językowego przez min. 70% uczestników projektu do 30.06.2018r. GRUPA DOCELOWA to 360 osób (216 kobiet, 114 mężczyzn) w wieku 25 lat i więcej o niskich kwalifikacjach (ISCED3), w tym min. 20% osób z niepełnosprawnością i min. 30% w wieku 50 lat i więcej, zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć podnoszenia, uzupełniania i potwierdzenia umiejętności z zakresu języka angielskiego. Projekt uwzględnia także trudniejszą sytuację kobiet na rynku pracy. DZIAŁANIA obejmują realizowane w oparciu o diagnozę wysokiej jakości szkolenia z zakresu języka angielskiego na poziomie A1, A2, B2 w 30 grupach, połączone z wewnętrzną weryfikacją kompetencji, prowadzące do potwierdzenia kwalifikacji na egzaminie TELC. Wartość dodana projektu to poprawa sytuacji życiowej szczególnie kobiet i osób z niepełnosprawnością w zakresie dyskryminacji. (Polish)

Lublin TRAINING COMMETENTS respond to the needs of residents of Lubelskie Voivodeship in the field of training in English. The quality of the training is guaranteed by the long-standing experience of Euro-Forum on the regional training market, as well as its potential in the field of European Social Fund projects. The aim of the project is to strengthen and adapt to the needs of the Lublin labour market competences in the field of knowledge of English 360 participants/casks of the project, residing and/or working in the Lublin Voivodeship. Key RESULTS concern the strengthening of the linguistic competence of 360 persons and the confirmation of language qualifications by TELC full level A or B exam according to the European Language Training System by at least 70 % of participants in the project by 30.06.2018. The target group is 360 (216 women, 114 men) aged 25 years and above with low-skilled (ISCED3), including at least 20 % of people with disabilities and at least 30 % at the age of 50 and above, volunteering to raise, supplement and confirm English skills on their own initiative. The project also takes into account the more difficult situation of women on the labour market. The activities include the diagnosis of high quality English training at A1, A2, B2 level in 30 groups, combined with internal verification of competences, leading to confirmation of qualifications on the TELC exam. The added value of the project is to improve the life situation of women and people with disabilities in the field of discrimination in particular. (English)
