Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 815 na odc. Parczew-Lubartów. Realizacja inwestycji będzie przebiegała w zmienionych granicach pasa drogowego na całej jego długości. Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności komunikacyjnej rejonu oraz całego Lubelskiego Obszaru Metropolitalnego. Zwiększy się przepustowość drogi, a sprawniejszy system transportowy, ułatwi dostęp do terenów inwestycyjnych i atrakcji turystycznych. Projekt przyczyni się do lepszego wykorzystania wewnętrznego potencjału rozwojowego okręgu, usprawni połączenia komunikacyjne, co w konsekwencji wpłynie na przyspieszenie tempa rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego. Oprócz powyższego, dobra jakość drogi, to także bodziec do zwiększenia mobilności mieszkańców. Realizowana inwestycja będzie miała więc korzystny wpływ na wszystkie grupy użytkowników korzystających z drogi: uczestników ruchu tranzytowego, lokalnych mieszkańców, studentów, obecnych i potencjalnych inwestorów oraz turystów. Planowane wskaźniki produktu: - Całkowita długość przebudowanych i zmodernizowanych dróg (CI14) - 34,848 km - Długość przebudowanych dróg wojewódzkich - 34,848 km - Liczba wybudowanych/zmodernizowanych urządzeń ochrony środowiska, Liczba wybudowanych/zmodernizowanych urządzeń bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego, Długość wybudowanych dróg dla rowerów - wartości tych wskaźników zostaną określone w momencie uzyskania dokumentacji technicznej Zakres inwestycji obejmuje: * br. drogowa: roboty ziemne, podbudowa, nawierzchnie, elementy dróg/ulic, budowa oświetlenia drogowego, urządzenia bezpieczeństwa ruchu, oznakowanie pionowe i poziome, * br. konstrukcyjna: budowa mostów, budowa/przebudowa przepustów, * br. sanitarna (gazowa, wodociągowa, kanalizacyjna) przebudowa i zabezpieczenie istniejących sieci, * br. elektroenergetyczna - przebudowa i zabezpieczenie istniejących sieci, * br. telekomunikacyjna - przebudowa i zabezpieczenie istniejących sieci. The subject of the project is the extension of the Voivodeship Road No. 815 to pc. Parchev-Lubart. The investment will be implemented within the changed limits of the road lane throughout its entire length. The project aims to increase the transport accessibility of the region and the entire Lublin Metropolitan Area. Road capacity will increase and a more efficient transport system will facilitate access to investment areas and tourist attractions. The project will contribute to better exploiting the inner development potential of the district, improve communication links, which will accelerate the pace of socio-economic development. In addition to the above, good quality of the road is also an incentive to increase the mobility of residents. The investment will therefore have a positive impact on all user groups using the road: participants in transit traffic, local residents, students, present and potential investors and tourists. Planned output indicators: — Total length of reconstructed and modernised roads (CI14) – 34,848 km – Length of reconstructed voivodship roads – 34,848 km – Number of built/modernised environmental protection devices, Number of built/modernised road safety devices, Length of built roads for bicycles – values of these indicators will be determined at the time of obtaining technical documentation.The scope of the investment includes: * this year’s road: earthworks, substructures, surfaces, road/street components, road lighting construction, traffic safety devices, vertical and horizontal markings, * construction: construction of bridges, construction/reconstruction of culverts, * sanitary (gas, water supply, sewage) reconstruction and security of existing networks, * electricity – reconstruction and security of existing networks, * telecommunications – reconstruction and security of existing networks.
