Projekt Gm. Jaktorów dot. zaprojektowania i budowy 7,59 km drogi rowerowej (wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą) wzdłuż drogi gminnej (Jagiellońska, Partyzantów) i drogi woj. 719, realizowanej w ramach ZIT 2014-2020 dla WOF. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa funkcjonalności systemu transportowego na obszarze WOF przez zrównoważony rozwój węzłów multimodalnych i obniżenie emisyjności transportu. Realizacja projektu odpowiada na problemy zdiagnozowane w Strategii ZIT: Słabo rozwinięta sieć tras rowerowych poza Warszawą oraz brak ciągłości tras rowerowych w Warszawie, "Brak poprawy bezpieczeństwa w poruszaniu się rowerzystów", "Niekorzystny klimat akustyczny, powodowany przez hałas komunikacyjny". Projekt wpisuje się w kierunki działań niskoemisyjnych Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej na lata 2015–2020 dla Gminy Jaktorów i Planu Zrównoważonej Mobilności dla WOF. Planowana droga rowerowa będzie połączona z już istniejącymi i planowanymi do realizacji drogami rowerowymi i systemem dróg rowerowych w Żyrardowie i Grodzisku Maz., została zaplanowana w celu pełnienia funkcji komunikacyjnych (dojazd do węzłów komunikacyjnych, budynków użyteczności publicznej), wpłynie przez to na szersze wykorzystanie transportu niezmotoryzowanego. Droga rowerowa będzie wydzielona z ogólnego systemu drogowego, co wpłynie na poprawę bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego. W wyniku realizacji projektu dł. ścieżek rowerowych w gm. Jaktorów wzrośnie o ponad 500%. Główną grupą docelową są mieszkańcy Gm. Jaktorów, jednak dzięki połączeniu drogi rowerowej zaprojektowanej i wybudowanej w projekcie z siecią dróg rowerowych w Grodzisku Maz. i Żyrardowie, oddziaływanie projektu obejmie także mieszkańców Miasta Grodzisk Maz. i Miasta Żyrardów. Projekt realizowany będzie w latach 2017-2018. Wnioskodawca dysponuje gruntami (porozumienie z Zarządem Województwa Mazowieckiego), Programem Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym z oszacowaniem kosztów, dokumentacją środowiskową i studium wykonalności (realizacja 2016). Project of Gm. Jaktorów for the design and construction of 7.59 km of bicycle road (including accompanying infrastructure) along the commune road (Jagiellonska, Partyzantów) and the voivodship road. 719, implemented within the framework of ZIT 2014-2020 for WOF. The main objective of the project is to improve the functionality of the transport system in the WOF area through the sustainable development of multimodal nodes and decarbonisation of transport. The implementation of the project responds to problems diagnosed in the ZIT Strategy: Poorly developed network of cycling routes outside Warsaw and lack of continuity of cycling routes in Warsaw, “No improvement in safety in the movement of cyclists”, “Unfavourable acoustic climate, caused by traffic noise”. The project is in line with the low-carbon activities of the Low-Emission Economy Plan for the years 2015-2020 for the municipality of Jaktorów and the Sustainable Mobility Plan for WOF. The planned cycle road will be connected with existing and planned bicycle roads and bicycle roads system in Żyrardów and Grodzisk Maz., has been planned to perform transport functions (access to transport hubs, public buildings), which will affect the wider use of non-motorised transport. The bicycle road will be separated from the general road system, which will improve road safety. As a result of the project, the length of bicycle paths in Jaktorów will increase by more than 500 %. The main target group is the inhabitants of Gm. Jaktorów, but thanks to the combination of a bicycle road designed and built in the project with the network of bicycle roads in Grodzisk Maz. and Żyrardów, the impact of the project will also include residents of Grodzisk Maz. and the City of Żyrardów. The project will be implemented in the years 2017-2018. The applicant has land (agreement with the Mazovian Voivodship Board), Functional and Useful Programme with cost estimation, environmental documentation and feasibility study (implementation 2016).
