Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa poziomu i jakości życia społeczności lokalnej poprzez ograniczenie emisji zanieczyszczeń i rozwój czystych, bezpiecznych, spójnych, funkcjonalnych oraz efektywnych form transportu publicznego i niezmotoryzowanego transportu indywidualnego. W zakres kompleksowego projektu wchodzi szeroki zakres prac: 1.Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadań realizowanych przez Gminę Miasta Radomia, 2.Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadań realizowanych przez Powiat Radomski, 3.Zakup autobusów elektrycznych wraz z infrastrukturą, 4.Budowa i przebudowa ścieżek rowerowych, ciągów pieszo-rowerowych i dróg dla rowerów na terenie Gminy Miasta Radomia, 5.Przebudowa parkingu P&R w Radomiu, 6.Rozbudowa inteligentnych systemów transportowych, 7.Dostawa i montaż wiat przystankowych, 8.Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej 3503W Młódnice–Jarosławice–Cerkiew-Radom wraz z budową ścieżki rowerowej, 9.Rozbudowa drogi powiatowej 3507W Taczów–Taczówek - Milejowice wraz z budową ścieżki rowerowej, 10.Wykup gruntów, 11.Nadzór inwestorski, 12.Promocja projektu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy funkcjonowania systemu transportu, wzrostu udziału w podróżach niskoemisyjnych środków transportu publicznego oraz poprawy jakości. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie miasta Radomia oraz Gminy Zakrzew leżącej w powiecie radomskim. Rezultatem wsparcia infrastruktury transportu publicznego i niezmotoryzowanego, będzie promowanie alternatywnych form przemieszczania się oraz wzrost zainteresowania mieszkańców regionu korzystaniem z transportu publicznego. Tym samym rezultaty będą przyczyniały się do ograniczenia emisji CO2, jak i innych zanieczyszczeń, wpisując się jednocześnie w priorytety UE w zakresie transportu, w tym m.in.: cyfryzacja usług transportowych, zwiększenie wykorzystania paliw alternatywnych i elektryfikacja środków transportu. Projekt jest zgodny z Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej zarówno dla Gminy Miasta Radomia jak i dla Gminy Zakrzew. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the level and quality of life of the local community by reducing pollution emissions and developing clean, safe, coherent, functional and efficient forms of public transport and non-motorised individual transport. The comprehensive project covers a wide range of work: 1.Development of project documentation for tasks carried out by the Municipality of Radom, 2.Development of project documentation for tasks carried out by the Radom County, 3. Purchase of electric buses with infrastructure, 4.Construction and reconstruction of bicycle paths, roads on foot-bike and roads for bicycles on the premises of the City of Radom, 5.Reconstruction of the car park P&R in Radom, 6. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the functioning of the transport system, increasing the share of low-carbon public transport modes and improving quality. The project will be implemented in the city of Radom and the municipality of Zakrzew in Radom County. Support for public and non-motorised transport infrastructure will result in promoting alternative forms of movement and increasing interest in the use of public transport in the region. The results will thus contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and other pollutants, while at the same time being part of the EU’s transport priorities, including: digitisation of transport services, increased use of alternative fuels and electrification of transport modes. The project is in line with the Low-Emission Economy Plan for both the Municipality of Radom and the municipality of Zakrzew. (English)
