Głównym celem projektu pn. "Aktywizacja zawodowa osób po 30 roku życia z terenu powiatu janowksiego IV" będzie zwięszenie zatrudnienia osób po 30 roku życia oraz osób odchodzących z rolnictwa w wieku 30 + dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy z terenu pow. janowskiego, znajdujących się w szczeg. trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Założony cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu tj. od 01.01.2018r. do 31.03.2019r. W ramach proj. wsparciem objętych zostanie 132os.(65k i 67m).Każdy z uczestników projektu otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez analizę umiejęt., predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Janowie Lubelskim będzie realizować odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o prom. zatrud. i instytucjach rynku pracy. Zaplanowane działania dla uczestników projektu to : Indywidualny Plan Działania, doradztwo zawodowe lub pośred. pracy dla wszystkich uczest. projektu132os.,staż zawodowy dla80os.(42k i38m), szkolenia zawod. w tym: (grupowe)dla10 mężczyzn pn."Spawanie w metodąMAG-135",szkolenia indywid. dla 33os.(16k+17m),dopos. lub wypos. stan. pracy dla 14os.(7k i 7m). W projekcie zakłada się realizację minimalnych poziomów efektywności zatrudn. dla wszystkich grup docelowych tj. -minimalny poziom kryterium efekt.zatrudn. dla os.z najtrudn.sytuacji,w tym imigranci, reemigranci, os. w wieku 50+,kobiety, os.z niepełnospr.,os.długotrwale bezr., os. o niskich kwalifik.do poziomu ISCED3 na poziomie-42%, -minimalny poziom kryterium efektyw.zatrud.dla pozost.os.nienależ.do ww.grup na poziomie-42%. The main objective of the project, n. “The occupational activation of persons over 30 years of age from the area of Janoksvi IV” will be the increase in employment of persons over the age of 30 and those leaving agriculture aged 30 + for whom the I or II profile of aid from the area of Janów district, who are in particular difficult situation on the labour market, has been established. The target will be achieved during the project implementation period, i.e. from 01.01.2018 to 31.03.2019. The project will include 132 people (65k and 67 m).Each participant will receive a specific offer of professional activation by analysing skills, predispositions and problems of a given participant. On this basis, PUP in Janów Lubelski will carry out appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the Act on the ferry of employment and labour market institutions. Planned actions for project participants are: Individual Action Plan, professional counselling or mid-work for all participants in the project132person, occupational internship for 80 people(42k i38m), vocational training, including: (group)for 10 men BC. “Sleeping in method MAG-135”, individual training for 33 people (16k+ 17 m), supply or work condition for 14 people (7k and 7 m). The project assumes minimum employment performance levels for all target groups, i.e. —minimum level of effect criterion.employment for people from the most difficult situations, including immigrants, reemigrants, people aged 50+,women, persons from under-supply, long-term unemployment, low qualifiers to the level of ISCED3 at the level-42 %, -minimum level of effects on.job. It’s predicted that womb. 5 %participation.project.(7 people) may participate in the project inconsistent with the plan for them on the path of support.PUP provides the possibility to benefit from the support of persons who have completed their participation in projects in the field of social inclusion, and in the frameworks of Axis 11Social inclusion of the ROP In this respect, and co-operating in this area with this area.
