Głównym celem i przedmiotem projektu jest wzmocnienie konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa ZPHU "AMIKUS" poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R oraz innowacji. Projekt dotyczy niepokrewnej dywersyfikacji działalności w kierunku produkcji drzewnej poprzez wprowadzenie nowych produktów tj. wyrobów z drewna wytwarzanych dzięki wdrożeniu nowoczesnej linii technologicznej. Projekt obejmuje realizację zadań, które są bezpośrednim efektem wdrażanych prac B+R tj. uruchomienie produkcji schodów drewnianych klejonych. W tym celu planuje się zakup innowacyjnego centrum obróbczego sterowanego numerycznie (innowacja procesowa w skali rynku międzynarodowego), dzięki któremu możliwe będzie wytwarzanie schodów drewnianych oraz innych wyrobów z drewna m.in. dla budownictwa, opakowań drewnianych oraz wykonywanie usług tartacznych. Rozszerzenie oferty wiąże się z potrzebą budowy budynku stolarni oraz jego wyposażenie w niezbędne nowoczesne maszyny produkcyjne (m.in. centrum obróbcze, automatyczna wielopiła z systemem ruchomej piły, suszarnia próżniowa, trak taśmowy, system wyciągu zanieczyszczeń, sprężarka). Realizacja projektu wiąże się z wdrożeniem ekoinnowacji oraz zastosowaniem technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych. Projekt realizuje cele na poziomie produktu tj. otrzymanie wsparcia w zakresie inwestycji, wdrożenia wyników prac B+R oraz wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku oraz dla firmy. W efekcie zostaną zrealizowane wskaźniki rezultatu związane ze wzrostem zatrudnienia poprzez utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy, wprowadzenie innowacji procesowej i nietechnologicznej, wdrożenie wyników prac B+R oraz osiągnięcie przychodów ze sprzedaży nowych produktów. Grupą docelową projektu są przedsiębiorstwa oraz klienci indywidualni pochodzący z rynku krajowego. (Polish)

The main objective and object of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of ZPHU “AMIKUS” by implementing the results of R & D and innovation. The project concerns the unrelated diversification of activities towards wood production through the introduction of new products, i.e. wood products produced by the implementation of a modern technological line. The project covers the implementation of tasks, which are the direct effect of implemented R & D works, i.e. launching production of wooden glued staircases. To this end, it is planned to purchase an innovative numerically controlled machining centre (processing innovation in the international market), which will allow the production of wooden stairs and other wood products, e.g. for construction, wood packaging and sawmill services. The extension of the offer involves the need to build a carpentry shop building and its equipment with the necessary modern production machines (e.g. machining centre, automatic multi-pipes with mobile saw system, vacuum dryer, belt tray, impurity extraction system, compressor). The implementation of the project involves the implementation of eco-innovation and the use of information and communication technologies. The project pursues objectives at product level, i.e. receiving support in the field of investment, implementation of R & D results and introducing new products for the market and for the company. As a result, result indicators related to employment growth will be realised by creating new jobs, introducing process and non-technological innovation, implementing R & D results and achieving revenues from the sale of new products. The target group of the project is companies and individual customers from the domestic market. (English)
