Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja zestawów kolektorów słonecznych oraz pieców na biomasę zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją. Instalacje solarne zostaną zamontowane na 264 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Żyrzyn (łączna moc 1065,5 kW). piece na biomasę zostaną zainstalowane w 26 budynkach prywatnych na terenie gminy Żyrzyn (łączna moc 480 kW ). Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego.Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Żyrzyn (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 1,54 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej -1212,60 MWth/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 290 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 689,22 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Żyrzyn, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. The subject of the project is the purchase and installation of solar collectors and biomass furnaces in accordance with the attached documentation. Solar installations will be installed on 264 private buildings in the Zyrzyn Municipality (total capacity of 1065.5 kW). biomass furnaces will be installed in 26 private buildings in the municipality of Żyrzyn (total capacity of 480 kW). Existing conventional sources of heat will be replaced by free solar energy. Implementation of specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the state of the environment.The target group will be residents of the municipality of Żyrzyn (private users), who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 1,54 MW. Production of heat energy -1212,60 MWth/year. Number of units of heat generation – 290 pcs. Decrease in CO emissions 2-689.22 Mg/year.Air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air protection programme. There are no corrective or short-term measures for the municipality of Żyrzyn for the Lublin SEZ, which means that the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment have not been exceeded.
