Miejsko-Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Nowem (MGOPS) został zobligowany do realizacji projektu "Mieszkamy razem przy ulicy Nowej 11" komplementarnego z projektem realizowanym przez Gminę Nowe o tytule "Zmiana sposobu użytkowania pomieszczeń szkolno-warsztatowych na mieszkania socjalne w Nowem przy ulicy Nowej 11", w wyniku którego powstanie 8 mieszkań socjalnych. Oba projekty są realizowane w partnerstwie z Fundacją Aktywizacji i Integracji (FAI). Głównym celem projektu jest realizacja zindywidualizowanych i kompleksowych działań dla 19 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które zamieszkają w rewitalizowanym obiekcie i otoczenia, umożliwiające aktywne włączenie społeczne a także powrót na rynek pracy w okresie 01.05.2018 do 30.09.2019.Projekt jest dedykowany osobom i rodzinom zagrożonym ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym:19 osób dorosłych (7 kobiet-K i 12 mężczyzn-M) oraz ich otoczeniu:18 dzieci (K11; M7) z tych rodzin, mieszkańcom Mieszkania Chronionego (MCh)(4 M) sąsiadującego z obiektem oraz najbliższemu sąsiedztwu z ulicy Nowej (20 osób; K8 M12). Projekt zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie poprzez zastosowanie trzech różnych instrumentów aktywnej integracji z zakresu: aktywizacji społecznej(praca socjalna, warsztaty gospodarowania budżetem, indywidualnego wsparcia specjalistycznego oraz działania środowiskowe-animacja lokalna realizowana w formie Programu Aktywności Lokalnej-PAL); aktywizacji zawodowej warsztaty z doradztwa zawodowego, szkolenia podnoszące kompetencje zawodowe, warsztaty rękodzielnicze, staże zawodowe); aktywizacji zdrowotnej(terapia rodzinna i psychoterapia dla osób uzależnionych).Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie aktywizacja społ.-zawod. gr. docelowej poprzez nabycie umiejętności interpersonalnych i zawod., aktywne poszukiwanie pracy bądź otrzymanie zatrudnienia. W projekcie zaplanowano wskaźnik efektywności społ. na poziomie 63% oraz ef. zatrudnieniowej na poz. 22 % oraz ef. zatrud. dla os. z niepełnosprawnością na poz. 12%. (Polish)

The Miejsko-Gminny Centre for Social Welfare in Now (MGOPS) was obliged to carry out the project “We live together at Nowa 11 Street” which complements the project implemented by the New Municipality entitled “Change the use of school and workshop premises for social housing in Now at Nowa 11 Street”, which will result in the creation of 8 social housing. Both projects are implemented in partnership with the Foundation for Activation and Integration (FAI). The main objective of the project is to implement individualised and comprehensive actions for 19 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who live in a revitalised facility and environment, enabling active inclusion and return to the labour market in the period 01.05.2018 to 30.09.2019.The project is dedicated to people and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion:19 adults (7 women-K and 12 men-M) and their surroundings:18 children (K11); M7) from these families, residents of the Protected Housing (MCH) (4 M) adjacent to the building and the nearest neighbourhood of Nowa Street (20 people; K8 M12). The project involves comprehensive support through the use of three different active inclusion instruments: social activation (social work, budget management workshops, individual specialist support and environmental-local animation implemented in the form of the Local Activity-PAL Programme); professional activation of vocational counselling workshops, training raising professional competences, handicraft workshops, professional internships); health activation(family therapy and psychotherapy for addicts).The main result of the project will be the activation of the target community by acquiring interpersonal skills and occupations, active job search or getting employment. The project plans a social performance ratio of 63 % and ef. employment on the item. 22 % and ef. employment. for people with disabilities IT’S 12 %. (English)
