Przedm. proj. jest popr. efekt. energ. budynku użyt. pub. - poprzez real. działań związanych z termomodernizacją budynku użyt. publ.- Gm. Ośrodka Kultury Sportu i Rekreacji w Dobromierzu, modernizacją źródeł ciepła z zastosowaniem pompy ciepła oraz montażem paneli fotowoltaicznych. W ramach inw. zrealizowane zostaną prace bud. takie jak: modern. co, modern. oświetlenia, wymiana drzwi zew., wymiana okien, modern. wentylacji, ocieplenie ścian zewn., ocieplenie stropu pod poddaszem nieogrzewanym, ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie. Inwestorem i beneficjentem wnioskującym o współfinansowanie proj. ze śr. RPO WD i jednocześnie stroną przy podpisywaniu umowy o dofinansowanie jest GD. Proj. real. będzie na gruntach będących własnością Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Wolności 19, działka nr 137/33 jedn. ew.Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, powiat świdnicki, województwo dolnośląskie). Budynek ujęty jest w wykazie zabytków i położony w obszarze historycznego układu urbanistycznego wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod numerem A/2566/1942 decyzją z dnia 17.05.1967r. Za wdrożenie inwestycji Wniosk. odpowiedzialni będą pracownicy GD. Wszystkie zaangażowane w proj. osoby będą wykonywać swoje zadania w oparciu o przyjęty harmonogram robót i płatności. W celu zapewnienia prawidłowego wykonywania prac bud. przewidziano prowadzenie nadzoru inw. Harm. proj. uwzględnia także przeprowadzenie promocji proj. Proj. będzie realizowany zgodnie z przepisami wspólnotowymi i krajowymi, regulującymi m.in. kwestie konkurencji i zam. publ. Osoby odpowiedzialne za real przeds. posiadają doświadczenie niezbędne do prawidłowego przebiegu inwestycji. Wniosk. zapewni skuteczny syst. monitorowania, sprawozdawczości i ewaluacji proj.Za powstałą w wyniku real. proj. infrastrukturę i utrzymanie majątku odpowiedzialność ponosić będzie GD.Gm. posiada sporządzony proj.bud. i audyt energ. Before the project is the effect. energ. building use. pub. — through the implementation of activities related to the thermal modernisation of the building used. publ.- Gm. Centre for Sport and Recreation in Dobromierz, modernisation of heat sources with the use of heat pump and installation of photovoltaic panels. The building works will be carried out within the framework of the project, such as: modern. co, modern. lighting, replacement of the door, replacement of windows, modern ventilation, warming of the outer walls, warming of the ceiling under unheated attic, warming of the floor on the ground. Investor and beneficiary applying for co-financing of the project. The RPO of the DD and at the same time a party to the signing of the co-financing agreement is GD. Project real. will be on land owned by Gm. (Dobromierz, Pl. Freedom 19, plot no. 137/33 of Dobromierz 021903_2, Dobromierz 0004, Świdnicki District, Dolnośląskie Voivodeship). The building is included in the list of monuments and situated in the historical urban layout area entered in the Register of Monuments under No A/2566/1942 of Decision of 17.05.1967. Implementation of the investment Application will be responsible for GD employees. All persons involved in the project will perform their tasks based on the adopted schedule of works and payments. In order to ensure the proper execution of the work, the construction works provide for supervision of inw. Harm. the project also takes into account the promotion of the project. The project will be implemented in accordance with Community and national rules governing, inter alia, competition and publ. Persons responsible for real pres. have the necessary experience for the proper course of the investment. The Conclusion will ensure effective monitoring, reporting and evaluation of the project.For the infrastructure created as a result of the infrastructure and maintenance of assets will be held by GD.Gm. has prepared project.bud. and energ audit.
