Projekt pn: "Budowa i wyposażenie trzech placówek opiekuńczo - wychowawczych we Włocławku" stanowi I etap inwestycji w infrastrukturę społeczną w oparciu o zapisy Ustawy o wspieraniu rodziny i systemu pieczy zastępczej. Zakres I etapu obejmuje budowę 3 budynków jednorodzinnych, parterowych z tarasami pełniących funkcje placówek opiekuńczo - wychowawczych, wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i wyposażeniem. Pierwszy z nich zlokalizowany będzie przy ul Sielskiej na części działki, na której obecnie znajduje się budynek Placówki Opiekuńczo – Wychowawczej „Maluch”. Będzie to obiekt z przeznaczeniem na placówkę opiekuńczo - wychowawczą typu interwencyjnego, terapeutycznego i socjalizacyjnego, dla nie więcej niż 14 dzieci o specjalnych potrzebach, przewlekle chorych, całkowicie lub częściowo pozbawionych opieki rodziców. Zarówno pokoje, jak i cała infrastruktura dostosowana zostanie do potrzeb dzieci niepełnosprawnych, uwzględniono gabinety rehabilitacji i terapii wielospecjalistycznej oraz "Salę Doświadczania Świata". Placówka ma zapewnić specjalistyczną opiekę chorym, niepełnosprawnym dzieciom oraz wymagającym specjalnej opieki i terapii. Pozostałe dwa domy zlokalizowane zostaną na ul. Jasnej, stanowić będą swoje lustrzane odbicie, z jedyną różnicą polegającą na usytuowaniu w Budynku 1 - garażu, a w Budynku 2 - kotłowni. Każda z placówek przeznaczona będzie do zamieszkania przez 14 starszych dzieci i młodzież wraz z opiekunami. Mając na względzie aktualne przepisy Rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie, obiekty objęte projektem zaprojektowano tak, aby spełnione zostały wymagania, jak dla zamieszkania zbiorowego. W ramach proj. wykonana zostanie również infrastruktura okalająca budynki oraz plac zabaw w każdej lokalizacji, wyposażony w elementy architektury wypoczynkowej. Project Bn: “Construction and equipping three care and educational institutions in Włocławek” is the first stage of investment in social infrastructure based on the provisions of the Act on supporting family and foster care. The scope of the first stage includes the construction of 3 single-family, ground-family buildings with terraces fulfilling the functions of care and educational facilities, together with the necessary technical infrastructure and equipment. The first one will be located at Sielska Street on the part of the plot, which now houses the building of the Care and Educational Institution “Maluch”. The facility will be used as a care and educational institution of intervention, therapeutic and socialisation types, for up to 14 children with special needs, chronically ill, totally or partially unaccompanied parents. Both the rooms and the entire infrastructure will be adapted to the needs of children with disabilities, including rehabilitation and multi-special therapy and “The Room of Experience of the World”. The facility is intended to provide specialised care for sick, disabled children and those requiring special care and therapy. The other two houses will be located on the street. Brightly, they will be their mirror reflection, with the only difference in the location in Building 1 – the garage, and in Building 2 – the boiler room. Each facility will be used for residence by 14 older children and young people together with caregivers. In view of the current provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location, the objects covered by the project were designed to meet the requirements as for collective residence. The project will also include infrastructure surrounding buildings and playgrounds in every location, equipped with elements of recreational architecture. As the second stage, the renovation and modernisation of two properties owned by GM Włocławek is planned (English)
