Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznych na prywatnych budynkach mieszkańców na terenie gminy Brześć Kujawski. Będą to zarówno budynki mieszkalne (np. dach domu) jak i gospodarcze (np. dach garażu czy grunt). Rozróżnienie na budynki mieszkalne i niemieszkalne jest istotne z punktu widzenia stawki VAT. Dla instalacji na budynkach mieszkalnych wynosi ona 8% a dla pozostałych 23%. W ramach projektu powstaną 34 mikroinstalacje. Żadna z nich nie ma mocy większej niż 10 kWp. W zakres projektu wchodzą również nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. The project consists of the construction of photovoltaic installations on private buildings of residents in the municipality of Brześć Kujawski. These will be both residential buildings (e.g. the roof of the house) and farm buildings (e.g. garage roof or land). The distinction between residential and non-residential buildings is relevant from the point of view of VAT. For the installation on residential buildings it amounts to 8 % and for the remaining 23 %. The project will create 34 micro-installations. None of them has a power greater than 10 kWp. The scope of the project also includes investor supervision and project promotion. The expected time limit for the actual implementation of the investment is III quarter. 2019 – IV quarter 2019 The place where the project will be implemented is: Brest Kujawski, Kąkowa Wola, Brzezie, Klementynowo, Gruźlin; Pikutkow, Witoldowo, Kąty, Falborz, Redecz Krukowy, Falborek, Wieniec Zalesie, Kuczyna, Rzadka Wola, Wolica, Marianki, (English)
