PROBLEM: Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnoz problemy. U. i N.Technikum w PZS nr 2 w Trzebnicydla której organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Trzebnica. U. kształcą się w okręgu o niskim stopniu zindustrializowania, co utrudnia im zdobycie doświadczenia zawod. w dużych firmach zarządzanych zgodnie ze współczesnymi standardami. U .mają utrudniony dostęp do nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych – trudne wejście na rynek pracy.Występuje deficyt nowoczesnych technologii co utrudnia dostosowanie procesu nauczania do współczesnych standardów oraz oczekiwań U. W powiecie istnieje deficyt w zawodzieTechnik grafiki i poligrafii cyfrowej, dlatego zdecydowano się na otwarcie tego kierunku. Nowy kierunek nauczania i wsparcie uczniów na dotychczas prowadzonych kierunkach wymaga doskonalenia kadry szkoły.CEL: Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans U. w na zatrudnienie w regionie lub kontynuację kształcenia zgodnie z predyspozycjami zawodowymi orazwzrost jakości procesu kształcenia poprzez merytoryczne wsparcie N.GRUPA: Projekt obejmuje wsparciem U. i N.Technikum w PZS nr 2 w Trzebnicy(150 U - w tym64 dz i86 ch oraz 16 N, w tym 13 kobiet.DZIAŁANIA:Projekt zakłada dosowanie form, metod i warunków kształcenia do wymagań rynku pracy poprzez: -doposażenie szkół w nowe technologie,narzędzia i materiały. U. wezmą udział w zajęciach dodatkowych, kursach zawodowych oraz stażach u pracodawców. Ponad toutworzona zostanie pracowniagraficzna umożliwiająca rozpoczęcie nowych naborów na tym kierunku.W ramach projektu wdrożone zostanie rozwiązanie chmurowe oparte o specjalistyczny system informatyczny w formie Interaktywnej Platformy Zawodowejrealizujący wsparcia w formie biblioteczek zawodoznawczych.EFEKTY: Efektem projektu będzie utworzenie pracownigraficznej wszkole oraz nabycie przez U. i N. pożądanych kompetencji i kwalifikacji orazpodniesienie jakości kształcenia w Szko. THE PROBLEM IS: The project is a response to the diagnosis of problems. U. and N.Technikm in PZS No 2 in Trzebnica for which the governing body is County Trzebnica. U. trains in a low-industrialised district, which makes it difficult for them to gain professional experience in large companies managed according to modern standards. U. have difficult access to modern technological solutions – difficult entry into the labour market.There is a deficit of modern technologies, which makes it difficult to adapt the teaching process to contemporary standards and expectations of U. In the district there is a deficit in the professionTechnik of graphics and digital printing, which is why it was decided to open this direction. A new course of teaching and support for pupils in previous courses requires improvement of the school staff. The aim of the project is to increase U.'s employability in the region or to continue training in accordance with vocational predispositions and to increase the quality of the training process through substantive support of N.GRUPA: The project includes support from U. and N.Technique in PZS No.2 in Trzebnica (150 U – including64 dz i86 ch and 16 N, including 13 women.Actions:The project provides for the addition of forms, methods and conditions of education to the requirements of the labour market by: —equip schools with new technologies, tools and materials. U. will take part in additional classes, vocational courses and internships with employers. The project will implement a cloud solution based on a specialised IT system in the form of an Interactive Professional Platform providing support in the form of professional library books. The result of the project will be the creation of a physicist in the school and the acquisition by U. and N. of the desired competences and qualifications, as well as improving the quality of education in the School.
