Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa oraz wsparcie zmian organizacyjnych i podniesienie kompetencji kadr w systemie szkolnictwa wyższego poprzez wdrożenie do dnia 01.09.2023 zintegrowanego programu rozwoju, będącego odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby wynikające z Regionalnej Strategii Innowacji dla Dolnego Śląska.Wsparciem w ramach projektu objętych zostanie 630 osób, które skorzystają na:stworzeniu programów kształcenia będących odpowiedzią na zapotrzebowanie regionalnego rynku pracystworzeniu dodatkowej oferty rozwoju kompetencji oraz staży dla studentów i studentek w celu wsparcia praktycznych umiejętności i lepszego przygotowania do pracy zawodowejrozwoju kompetencji kadr dydaktycznychrozwoju kompetencji zarządczych kadr kierowniczych i administracyjnychwdrożeniu nowoczesnych narzędzi informatycznychProjekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 2.09.2019 do 1.09.2023. The aim of the project is to increase the competences of those participating in higher education, responding to the needs of the economy, labour market and society, as well as supporting organisational changes and improving the competences of staff in the higher education system by implementing by 01.09.2023 an integrated development programme, responding to diagnosed needs arising from the Regional Innovation Strategy for Lower Silesian Vocational Vocational Competences.The project will support the management of skills for the development of skills in the project, which will benefit from:development of training programmes as a response to the needs of the regional labour market and the development of skills in the labour market.
