Projekt realizowany będzie przez 5 Partnerów: Powiat bolesławiecki (partner wiodący) i Powiaty lubański, lwówecki i zgorzelecki, Miasto Lubań. Przedmiotem projektu jest wprowadzenie zaawansowanych e-usług publicznych o wysokiej dojrzałości, pozwalających odbiorcom na kompleksowe załatwienie spraw urzędowych. W celu usprawnienia funkcjonowania e-usług, przewidziano wdrożenie rozwiązań informatycznych z zakresu wspomagania procesów decyzyjnych i zarządzania. W urzędach i jednostkach organizacyjnych wdrożone zostaną m. in. nowoczesne systemy księgowe, kadrowo-płacowe, czy EOD, kompatybilne z wdrażanymi systemami dziedzinowymi. Projekt realizowany będzie od I kw. 2018 do IV kw. 2019r. W celu doprecyzowania potrzeb w zakresie cyfrowych urzędów, Partnerzy projektu wypełnili kwestionariusze do Katalogu Rekomendacji Cyfrowego Urzędu. Realizacja projektu wymaga zakupu nowoczesnego sprzętu informatycznego (m. in. stacje robocze, serwery), w celu prawidłowego wdrożenia, funkcjonowania i wysokiego poziomu dostępności wprowadzonych e-usług. Zaplanowano przeprowadzenie szkoleń dla personelu odpowiedzialnego za obsługę wdrażanych systemów informatycznych, w celu maksymalnego wykorzystania możliwości płynących z realizacji projektu. Projekt jest skierowany do mieszkańców i podmiotów gosp. z obszaru JST uczestniczących w projekcie. W celu zdiagnozowania potrzeb grup odbiorców, Partnerzy przeprowadzili badania ankietowe wśród mieszkańców. Dokonano dogłębnej analizy obecnego stanu instytucji objętych projektem. Wprowadzane rozwiązania realizowane będą w oparciu o metody projektowania zorientowanego na użytkownika. Projekt ułatwi prowadzenie działalności gosp., wpłynie na oszczędność kosztów ponoszonych przez przedsiębiorstwa i poprawi komunikację i zaufanie między administracją, a gospodarką. Projekt komplementarny z projektami dot. e-usług i informatyzacji JST, zrealizowanymi w perspektywie 2007-2013 i realizowanymi w perspektywie 2014-2020. (Polish)

The project will be implemented by 5 Partners: Bolesławiecki district (leading partner) and Luban County, Lwowówecki and zgorzelecki, City of Lubań. The subject of the project is the introduction of advanced public e-services with high maturity, allowing recipients to deal with official matters comprehensively. In order to improve the functioning of e-services, the implementation of IT solutions in the field of decision support and management is envisaged. Offices and organizational units will implement, among others, modern accounting systems, staff and wages, or EOD compatible with the implemented domain systems. The project will be implemented from the first quarter. 2018 to IV quarter 2019. In order to clarify the needs in the field of digital offices, project partners filled in questionnaires to the Digital Recommendations Catalogue of the Office. The implementation of the project requires the purchase of modern IT equipment (e.g. workstations, servers), in order to correctly implement, operate and a high level of availability of the implemented e-services. Training is planned for the staff responsible for servicing the IT systems implemented, in order to maximise the possibilities offered by the project. The project is aimed at residents and gosp. entities from the JST area participating in the project. In order to diagnose the needs of audience groups, the Partners conducted surveys among residents. An in-depth analysis of the current state of the institutions covered by the project has been carried out. The implemented solutions will be implemented on the basis of user-oriented design methods. The project will facilitate the operation of the company’s operations, save costs for businesses and improve communication and trust between administration and the economy. A complementary project with e-services and IT projects implemented in the 2007-2013 perspective and implemented in the 2014-2020 perspective. (English)
