“I will get a driver’s license – I will find a job!” is a comprehensive programme based on PIW EQUAL A0468 to supplement qualifications for the needs of specific employers. The implementation of the programme on the basis of the needs diagnosed by local companies allows to delegate to a designated employer a person fully fulfilling the criteria necessary for employment, which changes the picture of the labour market and offers a chance for a better life for those supported.
