BADANIA PRZEMYSŁOWE obejmowały: -opracowanie rozwiązania napędu elektrycznego gokarta -dobranie typu silnika -dopasowanie wydajnego źródła elektrochemicznego -opracowanie sterowania gokarta -opracowanie ramy gokarta -opracowanie innowacyjnego węzła zwrotnicy -stworzenie prototypu gokarta z napędem elektrycznym i wymiennym systemem zasilania PRACE ROZWOJOWE obejmowały: -testowanie i walidację rozwiązań zastosowanych w prototypie -optymalizację rozwiązań zastosowanych w prototypie -opracowanie ostatecznej wersji gokarta z napędem elektrycznym i wymiennym systemem zasilania WDROŻENIE WYNIKÓW B+R polegać będzie na zakupie aktywów niezbędnych do rozpoczęcia produkcji seryjnej wynalazku: -Wycinarka laserowa -Chwytak podciśnieniowy -Maszyna do gratowania -Komora śrutownicza -Stoły montażowe -Odciąg spawalniczy -Tokarka uniwersalna -Frezarka 5-osiowa CNC -Giętarka do rur Uruchomienie produkcji poprzedzone będzie modernizacją hali produkcyjnej w zakresie pozwalającym na rozpoczęcie produkcji gokartów oraz zakupem oprogramowania do symulacji obróbki sterowanej numerycznie (CNC) INNOWACYJNOŚĆ PRODUKTOWA to nowy produkt - gokart elektryczny z wymiennym systemem zasilania w którym zastosowano niedostępne na rynku europejskim rozwiązania: -możliwość szybkiej wymiany baterii bez konieczności odstawiania gokarta w tryb ładowania; -hamowanie regeneracyjne pozwalające na odzyskiwanie energii traconej podczas hamowania; -bezprzewodowa, zdalna ingerencja w ustawienia sterownika umożliwiająca przełączenie w tryb bezpiecznej jazdy; -nowa obejma (uchwyt) zwrotnicy pozwalająca na: 1. zmianę kątów (pochylenia i wyprzedzenia) bez konieczności wykorzystywania urządzeń kontrolnych na stanowisku diagnostycznym; 2. niwelowanie korekt karosażu po deformacji ramy (Polish)

The research and processing work held by the applicant relates to the development of an innovative design of an electric go-kart with an interchangeable power system. Pre-SPEAKING studies included: —development of the go-kart electric drive solution – selecting the engine type – matching an efficient electrochemical source – development of go-kart control -development of the go-kart frame -development of an innovative crossover node -creation of the prototype go-kart with electric drive and interchangeable power system OF REVIEW PRACE included: —testing and validation of solutions used in the prototype -optimisation of solutions used in the prototype -development of the final version of the go-kart with electric drive and interchangeable power system Implementation of R & D results will consist of purchasing the assets necessary to start production of a serial invention: —Laser cutting machine – Vacuum grapple -Delivering machine -Blacking chamber – Mounting tables -Welding machines – Universal lathe – CNC 5-axis machine – Pipe breaker The launching of production will be preceded by the modernisation of the production hall in the range of which allows the start of production of go-karts and the purchase of software for simulation of numerically controlled processing (CNC) INNOVALY PRONUCY —the possibility to quickly replace the battery without having to put the go-kart into charging mode; —regenerative inhibition allowing the recovery of energy lost during braking; —wireless remote interference in the driver’s settings for switching to safe driving mode; —a new crossover bracket allowing for: 1. change of angles (inclination and overtaking) without having to use control devices on a diagnostic station; 2. Eradicating corrections of carousage after deformation of the framework (English)
