Numer_referencyjny_progamu pomocowego: SA 42799(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: rozporządzenie KE nr 651/2014 Artykuł 18 Pomoc na usługi doradcze na rzecz MŚP Projekt obejmuje pozyskanie przez PURE BIOLOGICS Sp. z o.o. specjalistycznych usług doradczych świadczonych przez podmioty zewnętrzne, posiadające odpowiednie uprawnienia do świadczenia określonych usług, w tym: - uprawnienia biegłego rewidenta dla usług w zakresie badania planu przekształcenia spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w spółkę akcyjną i badania sprawozdań finansowych, - uprawnienia Autoryzowanego Doradcy dla usług w zakresie przygotowania niezbędnych dokumentów umożliwiających uzyskanie dostępu do rynku kapitałowego. Wnioskodawca planuje przeprowadzenie nowych inwestycji związanej z rozwojem innowacyjnych technologii opartych o platformy technologiczne, których celem jest wprowadzania na rynek nowych leków, testów diagnostycznych, dermo-kosmetyków oraz technologii biotechnologicznych. Główne kierunki rozwoju firmy PURE BIOLOGICS Sp. z o.o. związane są z: 1. Rozwojem nowych leków biologicznych w oparciu o opatentowaną technologię PureApta. 2. Opracowaniem przesiewowego testu do wykrywania raka pęcherza moczowego. 3. Opracowaniem i wdrożeniem nowego dermo-kosmetyku do stosowania na skórę trądzikową. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną przygotowane następujące dokumenty będące efektem zakupu usług doradczych u podmiotów zewnętrznych, w tym: 1. Opinia w zakresie zbadania planu przekształcenia spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością w spółkę akcyjną oraz w zakresie badania rocznego jednostkowego sprawozdania finansowego (SF). 2. Raport due dilligence. 3. Wycena spółki, 4. Dokument informacyjny. 5. Teaser inwestycyjny. 6. Prezentacja inwestorska. 7. Dokument ofertowy. 8. Procedura obiegu informacji poufnych. 9. Polityka informacyjna spółki. Wszystkie wyżej dokumenty i opracowania są niezbędne w procesie upublicznienia spółki PURE BIOLOGICS i w efekcie umożliwią jej p (Polish)

Help_reference_reference number: SA 42799(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: EC Regulation No. 651/2014 Article 18 Aid for advisory services for SMEs The project includes the acquisition by PURE Biologics Sp. z o.o. of specialist advisory services provided by external entities, with appropriate powers to provide certain services, including: — the statutory auditor’s powers for auditing the plan of converting a limited liability company into a public limited company and auditing financial statements, – the Authorised Advisor’s powers for services in preparing necessary documents enabling access to the capital market. The applicant plans to carry out new investments related to the development of innovative technologies based on technology platforms, the aim of which is to market new medicines, diagnostic tests, dermo-cosmetics and biotechnology technologies. The main development directions of PURE Biologics Sp. z o.o. are related to: 1. Development of new biological drugs based on patented PureApta technology. 2. Developing a screening test for bladder cancer. 3. Development and implementation of a new dermo-cosmetics for use on acne skin. As part of the project, the following documents will be prepared as a result of the purchase of advisory services from external entities, including: 1. Opinion on the examination of the plan for converting a limited liability company into a public limited company and auditing the annual separate financial statements (SF). 2.
