W ramach projektu powstanie laboratorium, w którym będą tworzone oraz testowane nowe maszyny dla przemysłu cukierniczego i piekarniczego, optymalizowane będą istniejące maszyny z oferty Beneficjenta oraz tworzone i udoskonalane akcesoria do maszyn. Do zadań laboratorium należeć będzie także tworzenie nowych receptur wykorzystywanych następnie do testów maszyn oraz tworzenie receptur na zlecenie podmiotów zewnętrznych. (Polish)

As part of the project, a laboratory in which new machines for the confectionery and bakery industry will be created and tested, will optimise existing machines from the Beneficiary’s offer, as well as created and improved machine accessories. The tasks of the laboratory will also include the creation of new recipes to be used for the testing of machines and the creation of recipes at the request of third parties. (English)
