Projekt je zpracován za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti budovy, zvýšení komfortu bydlení a snížení nákladů na bydlení. Současný stav obvodových konstrukcí objektu již nevyhovuje požadavkům na tepelně izolační vlastnosti, proto je navržena modernizace obvodového pláště za účelem snížení potřeby tepla na vytápění. Cílů projektu bude dosaženo pomocí zateplení obvodových stěn budovy a výměny nevyhovujících výplní otvorů. (Czech)

The project is designed to reduce the energy performance of the building, increase housing comfort and reduce housing costs. The current state of the perimeter structures of the building no longer meets the requirements for thermal insulation properties, therefore the modernisation of the circumference shell is designed to reduce the heating needs. The objectives of the project will be achieved by insulating the perimeter walls of the building and replacing unsatisfactory fillings of holes. (English)
