Projekt je zaměřen na prevenci ohrožení dětí ve školním prostředí. Zavedením inovativních metod (case-management a nový nástroj pro mapování potřeb dětí) do každodenní praxe pracovníků s dítětem a rodinou dojde k zefektivnění preventivní podpory skrze rozvoj silných stránek dětí a jejich pečujících osob. Výstupem projektu bude ověření nových metod pro práci s dětmi a rodinami v prostředí venkovských sociálně vyloučených lokalit několika regionů. Projekt podpoří 35 osob nadbagatelní podporou. (Czech)

The project is aimed at preventing child endangerment in the school environment. By introducing innovative methods (case-management and a new tool for mapping children’s needs) into the day-to-day practice of child and family workers, preventive support will be made more effective through the development of the strengths of children and their carers. The project will result in verification of new methods for working with children and families in rural socially excluded localities of several regions. The project will support 35 people with overbag support. (English)
