Propojení aktérů, kteří někdy působí vedle sebe, do jedné sítě multidisciplinární praxe a aktivity podporující ohrožené rodiny přímo, povede k rychlejší a efektivnější podpoře rodiny. (Czech)

The project focuses on supporting multidisciplinary work with endangered children and their families in Brno. Setting up an interdisciplinary team for endangered children in combination with other support processes and activities will enable these children and families to support inter-ministerial and comprehensive support in meeting needs and defending interests. Linking actors who sometimes work alongside each other into one network of multidisciplinary practices and activities supporting endangered families directly will lead to faster and more effective support for the family.
