Síť mateřských center prochází transformačním procesem, rozšiřuje oblasti svého působení i cílové skupiny. Projekt přináší šanci posílit vnitřní růst organizace jako základní předpoklad trvalé udržitelnosti. Aktivity projektu zaměřujeme na posílení kapacity organizace, vycházíme z doporučení procesního auditu. Nový strategický plán bude reflektovat záměry vyplývající z procesu transformace a stane výchozím bodem nejen realizace projektu, ale také pro další směřování organizace. (Czech)

The network of parent centers is undergoing a transformation process, expanding its areas of action and target groups. The project provides a chance to strengthen the organisation’s internal growth as a basic prerequisite for sustainability. The activities of the project are focused on strengthening the organisation’s capacity, based on the recommendations of the process audit. The new strategic plan will reflect the intentions arising from the transformation process and will become the starting point not only of the project implementation but also for the further direction of the organisation.
