Projekt žadatele Charita Valašské Meziříčí je zaměřen na zvýšení kapacity a transparentnosti žadatele a profesionalizace jeho zaměstnanců. Během projektu bude 23 osobám z CS poskytnuta podpora v oblasti strategie org. a řízení, fundraising a financování, marketing a PR, rozvoj lidských zdrojů formou odborných konzultací a vzdělávání ve věcných oblastech 1- 4 (podle výzvy 031). Celkově bude mít projekt dopad na cca 120 pracovníků žadatele. (Czech)

The project of the applicant Charity Valašské Meziříčí is aimed at increasing the capacity and transparency of the applicant and the professionalisation of its employees. During the project, 23 CS persons will be provided with support in the field of strategy and management, fundraising and financing, marketing and PR, development of human resources through expert consultations and education in the field of factual areas 1-4 (according to call 031). Overall, the project will have an impact on around 120 employees of the applicant. (English)
