Projekt řeší dlouhodobou potřebu profesionalizace 19 NNO, působících v oblasti soc. začleňování v Pardub. kraji. Prostřednictvím zvolených KA posílíme kapacitu, strategické plánování a PR střešní organizace KONEP. Díky cílenému posílení vazby členů na střešní org. významnou část získaného know-how přeneseme k členským org., kterým zároveň poskytneme metodickou pomoc, vzdělávání, posílíme jejich vzájemné sdílení zkušeností. Tím zvýšíme kvalitu, dostupnost a udržitelnost služeb pro klienty. (Czech)

The project addresses the long-term need for professionalisation of 19 NGOs operating in the field of social inclusion in the Pardub. region. Through selected KA we will strengthen capacity, strategic planning and PR roof organisation KONEP. Thanks to the targeted strengthening of members’ ties to the roof org. we will transfer a significant part of the acquired know-how to the member organisation, which we will also provide methodological assistance, education, to strengthen their mutual sharing of experience. This will increase the quality, accessibility and sustainability of services for clients. (English)
