Projekt je zaměřen na posílení kapacit na pracovištích orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí (dále jen OSPOD) v oblasti síťování a vytváření sítí služeb pro ohrožené děti a rodiny na lokální úrovni, dále na zajištění kvalitních statistických dat nutných pro výkon sociálně-právní ochrany dětí (dále jen SPOD), nastavení celoživotního vzdělávání a zvyšování kvalifikace pracovníků SPOD a na podporu a rozvoj náhradní rodinné péče s důrazem na pěstounskou péči.
