Projekt je zaměřen na realizaci komplexního vzdělávacího procesu, který jsme zpracovali na období 24 měsíců. Plán vzdělávání vychází z interního ŘLZ, tzn. z interních potřeb naší organizace na kontinuální odborný rozvoj našich zaměstnanců, ale také reflektuje vzdělávací potřeby samotných pracovníků. Projekt podpoří celkem 45 zaměstnanců.Pro realizaci projektu máme sestaven kompetentní realizační tým, který se skládá z administrativních i odborných pozic a činností. (Czech)

The project is focused on the implementation of a comprehensive educational process, which we have prepared for a period of 24 months. The training plan is based on internal HSY, i.e. the internal needs of our organisation for continuous professional development of our employees, but also reflects the educational needs of the employees themselves. The project will support a total of 45 employees.To implement the project, we have a competent implementation team consisting of administrative and professional positions and activities. (English)
