Cílem projektu je pomoci organizaci JITRO Olomouc, o.p.s. s vytvořením systému procesů zaměřených na plnění standardů kvality sociálních služeb a pomoci s rozvojem kvality poskytování služeb klientům. Cílů bude dosaženo prostřednictvím poradenství, které bude organizaci poskytnuto odbornými konzultanty a pomocí supervizí, které nasměrují zaměstnance správným směrem. Doplňkově bude v rámci projektu proškoleno 12 zaměstnanců organizace v akreditovaných kurzech. Výstupem bude zpracovaná metodika. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to help the organisation of the morning Olomouc, o.p.s. with the creation of a system of processes aimed at fulfilling the standards of quality of social services and assistance with the development of the quality of the provision of services to clients. The objectives will be achieved through advice, which will be provided to the organisation by expert consultants and through supervision that will direct employees in the right direction. Additionally, 12 employees of the organisation in accredited courses will be trained as part of the project. The output will be the processed methodology. (English)
