Projekt řeší problematiku zkvalitňování a zefektivňování procesů ve Slezské diakonii. Během realizace projektu budou analyzovány procesy poskytování sociálních služeb na všech úrovních řízení, s pomocí platformy externích expertů budou procesy vyhodnoceny, optimalizovány a bude nastavena kontrolní činnost tak, aby byla udržena vysoká kvality všech poskytovaných služeb SD. Velká část projektu bude věnována implementaci změn v organizaci na všech úrovních řízení. (Czech)

The project addresses the issue of improving and streamlining processes in Silesian diaconia. During the project implementation, processes of providing social services at all levels of management will be analysed, with the help of an external expert platform, processes will be evaluated, optimised, and control activities will be set up to maintain the high quality of all SD services provided. A large part of the project will be devoted to implementing changes in the organisation at all levels of management. (English)
