V návaznosti na školení, která zajišťujeme svým zaměstnancům a která jsou dána především legislativou, se jim nyní snažíme poskytnout podrobnější a systematičtější rozvoj tak, aby byl ku prospěchu jak jim, tak naši firmě. Naši zaměstnanci si zvýší kvalifikaci a to povede k tomu, že firma zkvalitní svoje služby, obraty a počty zákazníků. Following the training that we provide to our employees, which are mainly given by legislation, we are now trying to provide them with more detailed and systematic development to benefit both them and our company. Our employees will increase their qualifications and this will result in the company improving its services, turnovers and numbers of customers. At the same time, we expect the project to deliver better quality and professional services to our regular customers. (English)
