Obsahem projektu bude vzdělávání 12 vedoucích pracovníků (z toho 2 starších 55 let) spadajících do kategorie CZ-ISCO 1. Jedná se o cílovou skupinu, která má ze všech našich zaměstnanců největší vliv na prosperitu společnosti, a proto je potřeba, aby byli právě oni proškoleni v rámci projektu a stali se z nich profesionálové v manažerských dovednostech. This is the target group that of all our employees has the greatest influence on the company’s prosperity and therefore it is necessary for them to be trained in the project and become professionals in managerial skills.
