Společnost OTK GROUP je významným zaměstnavatelem s výrobou v oblasti tisku na flexibilní obaly, samolepicí a grafické etikety a s obchodním působením v několika státech Evropy a v Rusku. Pro udržení úrovně poskytovaných služeb je nutné zaměstnance neustále doškolovat zejména v odborných technických oblastech (obsluha tiskařských strojů) a také v manažerských dovednostech pro efektivní vedení lidí, na což je zaměřen předkládaný projekt.
