Projekt komplexně řeší protipovodňová opatření na území obce Kunčina a její místní části Nová Ves. Obec je často ohrožována bleskovými povodněmi z přívalových srážek. Kunčina nemá zajištěnou ochranu před povodněmi, povodňový plán není žádný, lokální výstražný systém zcela chybí a varovný systém je zastaralý. V rámci projektu bude zpracován digitální povodňový plán, vybudována síť plně digitalizovaného bezdrátového vyrozumívacího systému a instalovány vodoměrné stanice, srážkoměr a vodočetné latě (Czech)

The project comprehensively addresses flooding measures in the municipality of Kunčina and its local part of Nová Ves. The village is often threatened by flash floods from torrential rainfall. Kunčina has no protection against floods, there is no flood plan, the local warning system is completely missing and the warning system is obsolete. A digital flood plan will be developed as part of the project, a network of fully digitised wireless communication systems will be built and water-measurement stations, precipitation meter and water counts will be installed.
