Cílem projektu je vzdělávání zaměstnanců firmy MIKROTEX, s.r.o. Vzdělávací aktivity přispějí ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku a jeho zaměstnanců. Díky vzdělávání se zvýší uplatnitelnost úspěšných absolventů kurzů na trhu práce v hospodářsky oslabeném regionu. Do vzdělávacích aktivit bude zapojeno celkem 39 zaměstnanců firmy z celkových 41 zaměstnanců. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to educate employees of MIKROTEX, s.r.o. Educational activities will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the company and its employees. Education will increase the applicability of successful graduates in the labour market in an economically weakened region. A total of 39 employees from a total of 41 employees will be involved in the educational activities. (English)
