Cílem projektu "Zvýšení stability a konkurenceschopnosti firmy" je zvýšit odbornou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků a dosáhnout souladu kvalifikační úrovně pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce a zaměstnavatele ASV výrobní družstvo. Dále pak zvýšit adaptabilitu starších pracovníků. V rámci projektu bude podpořeno 16 pracovníků, z toho 6 osob ve věku 54+ prostřednictvím externího vzdělávání v oblastech IT, měkké a manažerské dovednosti, účetní, ekonomické a právní kurzy. (Czech)

The aim of the project “Increasing stability and competitiveness of the company” is to increase the professional level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers and to achieve compliance of the skill level of the labour force with the requirements of the labour market and employer of the ASV production cooperative. Further increase the adaptability of older workers. The project will support 16 workers, including 6 persons aged 54+ through external IT training, soft and managerial skills, accounting, economic and legal courses. (English)
