    Projekt je zaměřen především na rozvoj manažerů a administrativních pracovníků, a to na základě provedené analýzy vzdělávacích potřeb na jaře 2016. Jsme dynamicky se vyvíjející skupina, hlavní náplní naší činnosti je dodávání technologických celků do firem z oblasti automotive a strojírenství. Vzděláváním zaměstnanců chceme podpořit další rozvoj naší společnosti - z 800 mil. Kč obratu předpokládáme nárůst do 2 let na cca 1 mld.     The project focuses mainly on the development of managers and administrative staff, based on an analysis of educational needs in spring 2016. We are a dynamically evolving group, the main purpose of our activities is to deliver technological units to companies from automotive and engineering. By educating our employees we want to support the further development of our company – from CZK 800 million of turnover we expect an increase of up to 2 years to approx. 1 billion. We support career growth, educate our own personnel reserves. (English)
