Projekt nabízí systematickou podporu dlouhodobě nazměstnaným osobám z regionu Brdy - Vltava (31 obcí) spočívající v motivačních aktivitách, rekvalifikaci, tréninkovém zaměstnání a podpoře při jejich umístění na běžném trhu práce. S ohledem na charakteristiku a potřeby cílové skupiny budou doplňkově nabízena doprovodná opatření umožňující začlenění podpořených osob na trh práce spočívající zejména v dluhovém poradenství a zajištění dopravy na aktivity projektu (zejména rekvalifikace). The project offers systematic support to long-term recruited persons from the region of Brdy – Vltava (31 municipalities) consisting of motivational activities, retraining, training employment and support for their placement in the normal labour market. In view of the characteristics and needs of the target group, accompanying measures will be offered allowing the integration of supported persons into the labour market, consisting mainly of debt advice and transport provision for project activities (especially retraining).
