    Projekt je zaměřen na podporu a pomoc s nalezením vhodného pracovního uplatnění při návratu na trh práce zájemcům či uchazečům o zaměstnání, jež pečují o děti ve věku do 15 let či jiné osoby blízké/závislé. Projekt má komplexní charakter a bude podporovat účastníky v jejich snaze posilovat své dovednosti potřebné pro současný trh práce, tak, aby se zvýšila jejich zaměstnatelnost. Zároveň budou motivováni vhodní zaměstnavatelé znevýhodněné osoby cílové skupiny projektu na trhu práce zaměstnávat. (Czech)

    The project is aimed at supporting and helping to find a suitable job when returning to the labour market to candidates or jobseekers who take care of children under the age of 15 or other close/dependent persons. The project is of a complex nature and will support participants in their efforts to strengthen their skills for the current labour market, so as to increase their employability. At the same time, suitable employers of disadvantaged persons will be motivated to employ the target group of the project in the labour market. (English)
