V rámci projektu dojde ke zkvalitnění bydlení a zachování kapacity Chráněného bydlení sv. Michaela poskytovaného v budově na ul. Žabovřeská 69/6 v Brně, a to prostřednictvím celkové rekonstrukce budovy, vybudováním nástavby 3NP a bezbariérového výtahu. Technický stav budovy a její vnitřní dispozice, kde je služba nyní poskytována, je nevyhovující ve vztahu k potřebám klientů, k plánované legislativě i k neustále se zvyšujícím výdajům na opravy a údržbu budovy. a. The project will improve the quality of housing and maintain the capacity of the Protected Housing of St. Michael provided in the building at ul. Žabovřeská 69/6 in Brno, through the overall reconstruction of the building, by building a superstructure of 3NP and a barrier-free lift. The technical state of the building and its internal layout, where the service is now provided, is inadequate in relation to the client’s needs, the planned legislation and the constantly increasing expenditure on repairs and maintenance of the building.
