Projekt posílí výzkum v BC týkající se životního prostředí, zemědělství a zdravotní bezpečnosti prostřednictvím nového oddělení Biofyziky a biochemie rostlin. Oddělení bylo založeno prof. Küpperem a Dr. Andresen v roce 2014, po kladném hodnocení a doporučení projektu KOROLID ke schválení, ve zrušené výzvě 2.1. OP VaVpI.
